Enterprise is our premium managed service offering. IAG ProServ Level 4 provides you access to our Research and Procurement Department, vendor management, inventory management, advanced account management, CIO services and weekly technology meetings. You will also benefit from the expertise of our senior staff, who will regularly review the strategic direction of your technology with the goal of maximizing your office efficiency.

level 3

With IAG ProServ Level 3, a printer malfunction before a big meeting will never be a problem again. In addition to system maintenance and updates, this level of service offers you all of the support services you need with unlimited help desk assistance during regular business hours and on-site service each month. After-hours service is also available to you at a discounted rate in case of emergency.

level 2

Avoid the headaches and hassle of faulty equipment with IAG ProServ Level 2. We will regularly work through a maintenance plan individualized to your network, systematically checking, managing and updating your computers, servers, backup systems, networking equipment and more. We will also identify each unique device that is covered, and will provide you with a monthly accounting of any action taken for your review and records.

level 1

Our most basic level of service, IAG ProServ Level 1 provides monitoring for your network 24/7 to detect any unexpected variances in the system and allows us to catch abnormalities before they become larger obstacles. Whether you want daily reports or only want to hear about what is out of the norm, we will keep you up-to-date according to your preferences. Our monitoring service also provides you access to our Client Access Portal and support systems.
